Number 1: Meet with the client.

MEETING

Starting with a relationship is truly the best approach to build a custom home that fits your life, your style, and your schedule. We prefer our first meeting to be at your property, and want to get to know you and hear your ideas. You have put thought into what you’re looking for, and we can translate your needs and wants to begin planning together.

MASTER PLAN

The next step is an introduction to one of our trusted architects that we work closely with on a day to day basis. Seeing ideas appear on a blueprint is both interesting and exciting as your dreams start to take shape, and we provide you with a detailed schedule for your home’s construction.

#3: Material Selections

MATERIALS

Before construction, we want to know that you have picked out the perfect products and materials for your home. You may be prepared for this, but most of the time we’ll connect you with our partnering vendors that will walk you through the proper selections and options. Every detail makes a difference.

MANIFESTATION

We are the glue that holds your entire building process together. Our experienced team of established craftsmen in the area work with us daily to make sure quality exceeds expectations.
